From inspecting my roof to working with the insurance adjusters to actually replacing the roof, Mr. Baker presented himself in a very professional manner. I recently had hail damage to my roof. There were several roofing companies in my neighborhood after the storm. Richard Baker of Baker Construction came to my door to talk to me about my roof. He said I had damage and probably needed a new roof. We talked and he told me that he would handle all the correspondence with the insurance company after I opened a claim. He was true to his word and I received a new roof and gutters for the cost of my deductible. His crew was professional and efficient.

Richard Baker is very personable, gives a very good and quality service. He is also very punctual. He does as complete a roofing job as I know of, being a Professional Engineer myself. His crews are very thorough and clean up everything when the job is finished. You will not go wrong with Richard who did an excellent new roof for me (within my insurance company price estimate).

After a storm I lost a few shingles. I called a roofing company who came out and told me I would not have an insurance claim and they patched the shingles. Later, I called Baker Construction, who found out that I had wind damage that was missed by the other roofing company. Richard worked with my insurance company and I received a new roof for the cost of my deductible!
