I had the pleasure of having Mr. Richard Baker of Baker Construction Company work with me to fix my roof. From inspecting my roof to working with the insurance adjusters to actually replacing the roof, Mr. Baker presented himself in a very professional manner. He took his time to explain to me the process and execution of the project. He is a very polite businessman who will go out of his way to make sure that his customers are happy and that he exceeds customers’ expectations.

After a storm I lost a few shingles. I called a roofing company who came out and told me I would not have an insurance claim and they patched the shingles. Later, I called Baker Construction, who found out that I had wind damage that was missed by the other roofing company. The Baker Construction work crew was professional and diligent in removing the old roof and replacing it with a new one. This operation was done within a day. The surrounding after the job was completed was cleared of all the rubbish. It was as if such a major project as replacing a roof has never taken place.
